WestCorp Begins Operating and Lease-Up of 1,028 Units of Three Luxury Communities Under Development in Nevada

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Sep 2, 2014) - WestCorp Management Group has partnered with Nevada West Development in Operating and Leasing up three Las Vegas area luxury apartment communities -- Dwell, Dream and The Wyatt -- that are currently under construction or lease up, and are owned by Nevada West Development. WestCorp is a leading privately owned, third-party multifamily property management company.

Dwell Apartment Homes, located at 304 E. Silverado Ranch in south Las Vegas, is a luxury community of 376 units. Prospective residents can choose from one, two or three-bedroom units ranging from 644 to 1,390 square feet. Filled with modern fixtures and home-quality finishes, Dwell offers fantastic amenities including a resort pool with retreat cabanas, fitness center and a movie theater with stadium seating.

Currently under construction at 1005 Wigwam Parkway each of the 344 luxury apartment homes at Dream will feature a wide range of standard amenities including a 50" flat screen TV in the family room, private balcony, dark wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Dream is built for green living with low emissivity (low-e) windows, on-site recycling, low VOC1 paints and electric car charging stations. Plentiful community amenities include a resort pool, gated garage parking, a movie theater with stadium seating and a 24/7 fitness center.

The Wyatt, a 308-unit luxury apartment home community, is under construction at 7017 S. Buffalo Drive. The Wyatt will feature the same home-quality finishes and interior and exterior amenities as Dream. In addition, The Wyatt will sport a bocce ball court as well as an outdoor yoga lawn. Apartments range in size from 644 to 1,390 square feet.

Dwell began leasing this summer and Dream and The Wyatt are expected to start leasing in early 2015.
