Western Elite Acquires Waste Management Division of Par 3 Landscape & Maintenance, Further Strengthening Position as Southern Nevada's 2nd Largest Waste Management and Recycling Company

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2015) - Locally owned and family operated Western Elite has acquired the waste management division of Par 3 Landscaping & Maintenance, further strengthening the company's position as Southern Nevada's second largest waste management and recycling company.

"We have worked with Par 3 for several years, and as our customer demands increased, it was a very natural next step for both of our companies for Western Elite to acquire the waste management side of Par 3's company. This change will allow both companies to focus on what they do best," said Western Elite CEO Ryan Williams.

The move is the latest in a string of new business development activities for Western Elite. With the acquisition, Western Elite now operates two strategically located material recovery facilities and is affiliated with the Western Elite Environmental Class I landfill.

"We have been growing rapidly across the Las Vegas valley to meet increasing customer demands for great service in the recycling and waste industry. We continue to search for innovative business expansion ideas, and we anticipate more announcements in the future," Williams said.

Western Elite has been serving Southern Nevada since 2006. Today the company services more than 27,000 large roll-off containers and more than 24,000 front-load containers annually. Located near Cheyenne and Nellis, Western Elite operates a 20,000 square foot material recovery facility where residential, commercial and recycling customers can conveniently drop off construction and green waste. The company also provides options of several sizes of dumpsters including front-load recycling services for businesses throughout Clark County.
