The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo Set to Open Sunday at the San Diego Convention Center


SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - August 26, 2009) - The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, being held for the first time in San Diego, will be held August 30 - September 1, 2009 at the San Diego Convention Center. There are dozens of visual and exciting story ideas, including:

   -- The Hot Spot Culinary Demonstration Theater - Featured chefs include
      Brian Mularkey from The Oceanaire Seafood Room and BRAVO-TV's "Top
      Chef 3 Miami" Finalist; Julie Ellerd and John Alonge from Dining
      Details and The Wine Heretic; Kai Peyrefitte from Kai Food; Jeff
      Stansfield from Advantage Jewish Catering; Keith Jones of TV's

   -- Expo Comida Latina will be co-located with the Western Foodservice
      Show and is the only industry trade event focused on the Hispanic
      retail and foodservice markets.
