Western Forest Products Announces Senior Management Changes

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 12, 2010) - Western Forest Products Inc. (TSX:WEF) -

Western today announced that Stephen Frasher has resigned as President and CEO of the company. The board of directors of Western has re-appointed Dominic Gammiero as CEO, in addition to his current role as Chairman.

Lee Doney, currently Vice Chairman, will play a more active role and will focus on strategic initiatives, including the continued development of the company's long term strategy to re-invest in the company's west coast manufacturing capacity.
