Western Pacific Trust Company Appoints New President and CEO


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 23, 2014) - Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE:WP) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, Alison Alfer has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective May 22, 2014.

Ms. Alfer has served the Company and its subsidiaries in many increasingly senior capacities, and for the past two years has held the position of Vice-President, Operations.

At the Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders of the Company, held May 22, 2014, the retiring President, John de Wit, was elected to the Board of Directors, as was Ms. Alfer.

Effective May 22, 2014, the Board of Directors is composed of the following individuals:
