Western Troy's President to Moderate Molybdenum Forum at San Francisco Hard Asset Investment Conference

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 22, 2006) - Western Troy Capital Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:WRY) announced today that its President, Rex Loesby, will be moderating a special forum on molybdenum at the November 26 & 27 Hard Asset Investment Conference in San Francisco. The conference is sponsored by International Investment Conferences. The conference is expected to attract approximately 3,000 resource investors. Speakers include internationally recognized newsletter writers and investment advisors such as Bob Bishop, Adrian Day, Ian McAvity, Rick Rule, and Jay Taylor.

The one hour forum, scheduled for 2 P.M. on Monday, November 27th, will begin with a 20 minute presentation by Mr. Loesby on molybdenum markets including a forecast of future potential production. Then each of four molybdenum exploration and development companies' Presidents will give seven to ten minute presentations on their companies' projects. Mr. Loesby will profile Western Troy in one of these presentations. Mr. Loesby commented, "This is a great opportunity to raise the profile of Western Troy with resource investors, newsletter writers, and investment advisors who attend this conference."
