WestJet Says, "Why Drive Winnipeg?" With Sizzlin' Seat Sale

Two-day $39/$69 seat sale for Winnipeg-Regina or Saskatoon and Winnipeg-Hamilton

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 6, 2008) - WestJet (TSX:WJA) today announced a two-day $39 seat sale for flights between Winnipeg and either Regina or Saskatoon and a $69 seat sale for flights between Winnipeg and Hamilton. Guests can take advantage of these fares by booking on July 7 and 8, 2008, for travel until September 30, 2008.

"With the price of fuel at never before seen levels, we know there are many Winnipeggers trying to figure out if it's better to fly or drive this summer," said Bob Cummings, WestJet Executive Vice-President of Guest Experience and Marketing.
