Westminster Savings Credit Union Hires Ignite Communications as Agency of Record

NEW WESTMINSTER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 18, 2005) - Westminster
Savings Credit Union has hired Ignite Communications Ltd. as its new advertising
agency of record.

In October, 2004 Westminster Savings started the review process, evaluating
twelve agencies and narrowing the list down to five prospective firms. Following
an intensive review process the decision to hire Ignite Communications Ltd. was
made. Westminster Savings Credit Union had been represented by Wasserman &

"We are very pleased to begin work with Ignite Communications, moving forward
with the Westminster Savings Credit Union image and really starting to solidify
the brand in the minds of the consumers," says Wayne McKay, Westminster Savings
Credit Union, Vice-President, Marketing. "We truly appreciate the contribution
made to the credit union by Wasserman & Partners - they helped us build our
brand and get to where we are today."

"It's great to be working with an organization that we feel so passionate about.
The people at Westminster Savings Credit Union are terrific and we're looking
forward to building a meaningful long term working relationship. We're just
coming off a year where every one of our clients had record results. We're
jumping at the opportunity to do the same for Westminster Savings," says Jim
Mackenzie, President of Ignite Communications.
