Wevorce Launches in Denver and Boulder

National Mediation Company Brings Community of Experts and Proven Amicable Divorce Methods to More Cities as It Expands Across the U.S.

DENVER, CO and BOULDER, CO--(Marketwired - Nov 17, 2014) - Wevorce, a mediation company that offers an innovative technology platform and process to make every divorce amicable, announced today it's expanding its services by opening offices in Denver and Boulder, CO.

Wevorce is a divorce mediation company dedicated to changing divorce for good by keeping families out of court. Trained mediators and counselors with Wevorce focus on the emotional, financial and legal implications that are inevitable in every divorce. With a step-by-step approach, Wevorce helps couples divorce amicably using web-based technology to automate the paperwork, along with a community of trained attorney mediators, counselors and other experts to help untangle the complex issues and mitigate the mental anguish and financial burden of divorce, all at a fraction of the costs of a traditional divorce. Wevorce costs one-third of a typical divorce (the national avg. is $27,000).

Wevorce was born out of Crosby's own traumatic experience as a child of divorce. At the age of nine, she was put on the witness stand to answer a question no child ever should: which parent do you want to live with? Her parents' court battles lasted 15 years. This experience became the catalyst for the creation of Wevorce. More than 300 families have been through the Wevorce process to date and, as of 2014, the Wevorce process has successfully kept 100% of families out of court.

Wevorce has seen a tremendous demand for its services as more couples are looking for a more peaceful, as well as less costly way to divorce. To date, Wevorce's offices have been mostly concentrated in the Bay Area, but they are expanding into cities across the country as more families would like to take advantage of the in-person services that Wevorce offers to help with the emotional, financial, and legal issues that occur throughout the divorce process.

"Denver and Boulder were two cities where we saw a rising demand for our services," said Michelle Crosby, CEO and Co-Founder of Wevorce. "The fact is every 13 seconds someone in this country is filing for divorce. We are building out communities of Wevorce divorce experts across cities throughout the U.S., and we are glad we can bring our unique set of mediation skills and specialized technology services to people in Denver and Boulder who want to avoid an adversarial and costly divorce."
