WexTrade Financial Names Mark J. Adrian Director of Trading Systems and Risk Management

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - WexTrade Financial, LLC, a subsidiary of WexTrust Capital, announced today that it has appointed Mark J. Adrian director of trading systems and risk management. He also serves as a member of the board for WexTrade Financial, where he oversees the electronic trading environments utilized by the company.

Mr. Adrian is a principal of NALA, LLC, a National Futures Association (NFA) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) registered Introducing Broker, and a principal of Atlas Global Management Services, LLC, an NFA and CFTC registered Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator.

Prior to his current responsibilities, Mr. Adrian was among the founders and served as chief executive officer of Stellaris Futures, LP, a primary clearing member Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and a member firm of the Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Adrian also formed Stellaris Securities, Inc. as a member firm of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. As the head of both companies, Mr. Adrian helped pioneer a new execution methodology known as "give ups," which changed the face of exchange floor execution in Chicago at the time.

Mr. Adrian has also created and consulted in the development of several funds, commodity trading advisors and financial services organizations. Some of his notable consulting duties included the early-stage establishment of ISAT Funds and the Quantlab hedge fund organization, as well as the Asian distribution of OptiMark, Inc., a company that offered electronic capabilities to global futures and stock exchanges.

Mr. Adrian began his career at the CME, where he became a member and seat holder and successfully traded his own account for 16 years. He also held seats on the FCM Committee and AG Steering Committee for the CME. He sat on the finance committee, the membership education committee and the technology committee, which led the exchange into the Globex era and current climate of fully electronic markets.

Mr. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and attended Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
