The WGL Million Dollar Shootout Getting Serious Consideration for Major Network Airing

LAKE MARY, FL--(Marketwire - December 19, 2007) - WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WGLT) announced today that its Million Dollar Shootout (MDSO) reality T.V. show is being considered by all four major networks as a replacement show in the winter schedule while the Writers Guild of America strike continues. With original scripted episodes set to run out by January, the broadcast networks are hard at work developing alternative programming to fill in the scheduling gaps. Unless the WGA and AMPTP resume negotiations, it's looking less likely that an end to the strike will happen anytime soon and could last well into the summer months.

"Our ten share rating (2.4 million households) during the Comcast regional broadcasts was very strong and will go a long way when the network programming heads make their selection for replacement reality content. In fact all replacement shows will be of the reality genre until the WGA strike is settled," said Mike Pagnano, CEO, WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. "Most of the final programming decisions will be made right after the New Year."

WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary WGL Entertainment, is the producer of the WGL Million Dollar Shootout Reality Television Series and several other made for T.V. sports entertainment events scheduled to be produced in 2008 and beyond.
