With Cosmos Holidays running a witching hour deal (Halloween sees £25 off per person for holidays booked until midnight on 31st October), the travel writers at the Cosmos blog got to thinking about possible nightmare scenarios... Because what would you do if zombies gatecrashed your holiday?
In a blog post that imagines the living dead in some of the company's most popular destinations for cheap holidays, the United Nations have set up a special committee dedicated to dealing with zombie attacks called The UNDEAD (The UN Special Committee for the Defence Effort Against the Dead), which provides up-to-the minute travel advice for those of you still determined to make the most of your much deserved holiday.
Just beware, you'll need to take a helmet with you on your holiday to Egypt (to protect your braaaains in case the mummies come for you); be careful not to find yourself alone after dark in Lapland - you'll make easy prey for any ghoulish brain feasters; and remind your children not to talk to strangers, particularly if the strangers in question have grey skin and glazed white eyes...
