WhitePages Names Jason Eglit Chief Financial Officer

Company Brings CFO On Board to Support Rapid Financial Growth

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Jun 6, 2013) - WhitePages, the leading provider of contact information for people and businesses in the U.S., today announced that Jason Eglit has joined its executive team as chief financial officer. Building on its growing success in enterprise services and its expanding portfolio of acquisitions, WhitePages is broadening its executive ranks with the addition of Jason to help ensure it drives continued growth. With more than 15 years of experience in strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, and operations planning & execution, Jason will provide the guidance to build the financial infrastructure to help propel the organization through its next phase of growth.

"We are increasingly focused on investing in and expanding our enterprise and mobile businesses, and we know that Jason will prove to be an integral part of our growing organization," said WhitePages' founder and CEO Alex Algard. "Over the last couple years, we've seen double digit organic growth on both our top-line and bottom-line, and we are becoming increasingly acquisitive, with two acquisitions in the last two years. I have no doubt Jason is the right financial lead in helping us carry forward this outstanding execution and positive momentum."

Jason will be responsible for all finance & accounting, recruiting, corporate development, legal, and human resources functions at WhitePages. He most recently served as principal at Bayside (H.I.G.) Capital, where he led investments across a variety of sectors, including retail financial services, industrial equipment, and telecommunications. Prior to H.I.G., Jason served as senior vice president of finance and operations at AdvancePath Academics, a for-profit educational venture, of which he was also co-founder. Jason began his career at Bain & Company, after earning an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Jason also holds a M. S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University, and a B.A with honors in Physics from Williams College.

The company recently introduced WhitePages PRO, which provides enterprise businesses with access to WhitePages' intelligent contact data for a 360 degree view of their customers to improve call center efficiencies, validate online purchasers to predict and prevent fraud, and enrich contact records to strengthen customer interactions. In addition, the company announced last week the acquisition of Palo Alto-based Mr. Number, further expanding WhitePages' portfolio of mobile offerings and providing users with the most robust caller ID solutions on the market. WhitePages also acquired Switchboard from SuperMedia in 2011.

With contact information for more than 200 million people and 30 million businesses in the U.S., WhitePages' comprehensive database of contact information powers WhitePages.com, a top 40 website, as well highly rated consumer apps that have been downloaded more than 35 million times.
