Who's Your Daddy to Acquire San Diego Distributor

Solidifies Position in Home Market

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - September 4, 2007) - Who's Your Daddy, Inc. (OTCBB: WYDY) today announced that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire substantially all of the assets of King of Energy San Diego, Inc., ("KOE") a distributor based in San Diego that sells the Company's King of Energy™ drinks to over 700 accounts in stores, bars and restaurants in San Diego County.

KOE was founded in early 2007 and has used its full-function warehouse facility to increase revenues to an annualized revenue rate of over $350,000. The assets of KOE will be acquired by sharing 50% of the profit from the operation with the owners of KOE until a total of $100,000 is received by them. The transaction is expected to close in September, following successful due diligence and documentation.

Dan Fleyshman, President of Who's Your Daddy, stated, "This acquisition allows us to have full control over marketing and distribution in our home market and provides a showcase for current and prospective distributors. We will have a warehouse at our disposal and we will be able to increase our profits by capturing revenues at retail prices rather than wholesale. For accounting purposes, we will reverse approximately $100,000 in revenues for the quarter ending June 30, 2007 to KOE when we complete an amended 10Q, which is expected to be filed within the next two weeks."
