Who's Your Daddy®, Inc. Initiates Broker Program

Company Focuses on Military and Vending Markets

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - October 24, 2007) - Who's Your Daddy, Inc. (OTCBB: WYDY) today announced that it has recently engaged over 40 broker agents to make sales to the military and vending markets.

The vending market in the United States was $46.8 billion in annual volume in 2006, with $23.9 billion of that amount in packaged cold beverages. The U.S. military annually purchases approximately $3 billion of beverages and over $200 million of energy drinks.

Joseph Conte, Executive Vice President of Who's Your Daddy, noted, "This broker program is a key part of our strategy to penetrate large markets with minimal costs. We have targeted and engaged brokers who have solid connections to the military and vending markets. Both of these markets are so large that even a small share of the market can potentially result in millions of dollars in revenues for us. Our relationships with leading bottlers in the U.S. provide us with the production capacity to meet orders that come from these markets."
