Wi-Fi TV™ Launches Plan for Social Internet TV™ Ad Sales to $67 Billion TV Ad Industry and Implements National Wi-Fi TV Station Sales Team

ORANGE COUNTY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 29, 2006 -- Wi-Fi TV™ (PINKSHEETS: WTVI) Inc.'s Social Internet TV™ today launches its plan to generate sales revenue for the sale of TV advertising as well as implement the national sales team it has developed to offer Wi-Fi TV channel sales.

"TV advertising is broken, putting $67 billion up for grabs, which explains why Google spent a billion and change on an online video startup," reads a headline for the cover story on YouTube in the December 2006 issue of Wired Magazine. Wi-Fi TV today addresses its plan to drive TV advertising sales as part of its Social Internet TV™.

Wi-Fi TV, which recently made its memberships free, will be placing brief prepaid video advertisements at the start of all its live TV and on-demand video programming. The Wi-Fi TV ads will appear in conjunction with a complete redesign and expansion of the website, scheduled for completion in approximately sixty days.

Beginning today, Wi-Fi TV is implementing a national sales force which it has assembled over the past several months to offer the sale of Wi-Fi TV channels to businesses, individuals, chambers of commerce, real estate agents, car dealers, charities, ethnic group organizations, churches, and others. Bob Warren, Joe Soto, Tim Roland and other Wi-Fi TV national sales managers have assembled extensive online sales and training materials and initiated sales training calls. Channels are offered for $25,000 each with a $5,000 per year annual renewal fee.

Wi-Fi TV™ is also continuing its worldwide free membership campaign which grants users access to 400 free live TV channels, free live text chat with others watching the same shows, free phone calls with the Wi-Fi TV™ Virtual Dialer, and free live audio/video parties with up to 25 other participants (including non-members) on a local, national and global level.
