WI Harper Portfolio Companies Debut on ChiNext and Nasdaq

Two IPO Pricings on One Day Generously Reward Innovative US-China Investment Strategy

Priced on the same day, April 21, 2011, Edan (300206.SZ) debuted on the ChiNext exchange and 21Vianet (NASDAQ: VNET) was introduced on the Nasdaq Global Market exchange. The Edan and 21Vianet public offerings continue WI Harper's legacy of successful investments, which include the December 2010 IPO of SemiLEDs Corp. (NASDAQ: LEDS), a global leader in manufacturing ultra-high brightness LED chips.
