Widen Upgrades Smartimage Brand Management Solution for SMBs

Additional File Types, Simpler Pricing Structure and Increased Customization Among the Enhancements in Version 2.5

MADISON, WI--(Marketwired - Sep 26, 2013) - Smartimage, the collaborative cloud-based image and brand management solution from Widen Enterprises, has released a new batch of upgrades with Smartimage Version 2.5 including the expansion of accepted file types, a simplified pricing structure and the ability to customize account colors.

New features and updates in Smartimage version 2.5 include:

  • Expanded file types - Users can now upload and download more file types, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents.
  • Pricing structure change - Storage is calculated in GBs versus quantity of files with three services plans available offering 2 GB for $10, 5 GB for $25 and 50 GB of storage for $50 per month.
  • Collection-wide tags - File tags are now filtered across the entire collection versus individual sections, simplifying the filter and find process.
  • Account color customization - Smartimage allows account administrators to customize the colors of backgrounds, headers, footers, buttons, icons and text across the entire user interface.

Smartimage was launched earlier this year to address the brand management needs of small to medium-sized businesses. From event photography image hosting and corporate image galleries to press kits and campaign launch kits, Smartimage enables organizations to manage and distribute brand critical images, photography, documents and a host of additional digital content.
