WiFi Enters Into a Multi-Year Agreement With a Major International Satellite Operator

ALISO VIEJO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 28, 2005 -- After months of negotiations, WiFi Wireless Inc. (OTC: WFIW) and Planetel were able to consummate a three-party multi- year agreement with a major international satellite operator. The agreement responds to a market need for ubiquity that can only be achieved by blending the technologies of the three companies. This will lead to the interfacing of satellite and terrestrial networks offering hi-speed data without costly ground infrastructure. The combined technologies will provide low cost network to the public on a commercial basis. In the past satellite technology alone has been far too costly to provide such services at reasonable prices. WiFi Wireless Inc., through Planetel, has a supplier that will furnish the ground units that would access this network now.

This market is but one of several WiFi Wireless Inc. has identified that could benefit from the conversion of satellite and WiFi. WiFi Wireless Inc. plans to explore to the fullest extent other applications which could provide entities such as Homeland Security with the tools they might need to monitor activities at an international level.

WiFi Wireless Inc. plans to maintain its technological and marketing lead by growing the company substantially through this technology interface in the very near future.
