WiFi Wireless announces formalization of their plan to participate in the much awaited city of Los Angeles request for information (the RFI).
WiFi Wireless, Inc. registered with the city of Los Angeles to enter the official process. When completed, this project will provide wireless Internet access for all of Los Angeles County.
A spokesman for WiFi Wireless said that proposed outlines from the WiFi My City program were discussed in neighborhoods around the greater Los Angeles area for the past six months. Those discussions allowed us to gather feedback from Angelenos that refined our offering and provided us with directional guidance. That is very important to us as we go forward on a project of this large magnitude, and we believe, will be important to the city of Los Angeles as well. Now that the city has launched the official process to find partners, we believe we have advantages, and we are glad to participate in the process.
