WiLife Expands Executive Team

Mark Webb Joins WiLife as CFO and Jeff Brooks Joins as Director of Information Technology

DRAPER, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 30, 2005 -- WiLife, a developer and marketer of professional-grade, do-it-yourself digital video surveillance systems for the residential and small office marketplace, today announced the appointment of Mark Webb as chief financial officer and Jeff Brooks as director of Information Technology. These appointments expand the depth and breadth of experience to the emerging company and set the stage for the next phase of corporate growth and expansion.

The appointment of Mr. Webb brings over ten years of finance and accounting experience along with operational and financial systems implementation expertise to WiLife that will be key to the execution and nationwide rollout of the company's products. Prior to joining WiLife, Mr. Webb served as CFO for Symbiot Business Group, Inc., VP of finance for NextPage, Inc. and TenFold Communications, Inc. and was a senior associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his tenure at TenFold, Mr. Webb helped grow the company from about eighty to nearly eight hundred employees and took revenue from $14 million to over $92 million. He holds a master of accountancy from Brigham Young University.

The appointment of Mr. Brooks provides WiLife with over twenty years experience in computer operations and network management. Prior to WiLife, Mr. Brooks held positions as director, Information Technology at NextPage, Inc., regional information technology director for Computer Sites, Inc., director, Network and Data Operations at Center 7 and manager, Network Integration Engineering for Big Planet. In these roles, he has built and managed multi-million dollar network operating centers and created large-scale VPN and IT server environments. WiLife will leverage this experience as Mr. Brooks leads the infrastructure development projects for hosting WiLife's applications services.
