Live Global Auction to Take Place On-Site and in Real Time Remotely at Auctionnetwork.com

TULSA, OK--(Marketwire - Jul 10, 2012) - Known by equestrian enthusiasts around the world as the place to acquire superior sport horses, Highlife Farms is the latest on an impressive list of high-profile properties to be brought to auction by Williams & Williams, the premier brand in real estate auctions. The full-service breeding, training and boarding operation will be auctioned on Saturday, July 28 at 5 p.m. EDT. The full-dispersal auction includes homes, land, equipment and more than 40 world-class sporting horses including Der Dollar, Prezioso S and Dionysuis. Bidding will open at $50,000 per real estate parcel and interested buyers can bid on-site or in real time remotely at auctionnetwork.com. Many horses sell without reserve.

The Highlife facility, located on 52+/- acres in the international destination city of Orlando, Florida, boasts a state-of-the-art, 37-stall showcase horse barn with a well-appointed client reception and lounge area, two offices, laboratories, insemination room and staff apartments. There is also a covered outdoor arena with a public address system, lights, bleachers and hurricane-resistant mirrors. The operation has a Florida state-approved contagious equine metritis (CEM) quarantine barn, a broodmare barn, jumping and specialty areas, numerous other buildings and abundant paddocks.

Highlife Farm's main residence is an 11,000+/- square foot four bedroom, four and half bath home. Designed for entertaining, the home's focal point includes a large den featuring a 24 foot granite bar and a screened gunite pool in the shape of a horse head. A landscaped koi pond with two waterfalls, manmade creek and flagstone walkway is located near the pool area. Nearby is a conservatory that was previously used for orchids. The home has an attached garage with three double doors and a 16 foot x 60 foot RV garage.

Three additional land parcels include 8.5+/- acres fronting recently expanded Clarcona Ocoee Road, currently used as pasture but zoned for commercial development and two 11+/- acres of pasture land on the north side of the property. A six bedroom, three bath, two-story home on 5+/- acres and a three bedroom, two bath single story home with a pool on 1.5+/- acres will also be auctioned.

"We anticipate this auction event will attract worldwide interest from equestrian enthusiasts and commercial business investors," said Eric Johnson, Williams & Williams Vice President, Farms, Ranches and Land Sales. "Highlife is an attractive and productive equestrian facility operating in a major international destination and the horses included in this sale are some of the best of their breed in the world."
