Willow Creek Announces Creation of Advisory Board, Headed by Experienced Geologist

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 24, 2010) - Willow Creek Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB: WLOC) ("The Company," "Willow Creek") -- Willow Creek is pleased to announce the creation of the Willow Creek Advisory Board. The purpose of the Advisory Board will be to provide the current management with additional input, experience and expertise.

The Company is also pleased to introduce the initial member and the Head of the Advisory Board; Richard Kern. Mr. Kern is a professional geologist and the founder of MinQuest, Inc. Mr. Kern has over 35 years experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America, South America, and Australia. He has also managed work in New Guinea, Malaysia, China and Fiji. And has had field, executive, and management level positions in numerous companies. He has a Master's of Science Degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Montana State University. Willow Creek feels that Mr. Kern's professionalism, experience, and property management knowledge will be an invaluable asset as the company continues to expand towards its goal of putting our properties in production.

"Now that we have acquired properties with identifiable potential, the next logical step is to begin building a panel of mining industry experts who have not only experience with bringing properties online, but also familiarity with local technicalities particular to the Western Nevada region in which we are currently exploring. Mr. Kern's expertise in both of these areas was displayed recently as MinQuest aided in the discovery and management of the Fire Creek property in Central Nevada that contains over 1 million ounces of gold. We are honored and excited to have at our disposal a geologist like Mr. Kern who has decades of experience in precious metal exploration, who has been involved in major discoveries in both the Western United States and abroad, and who has been a part of the development of so many junior mining companies," said President Terry Fields.

Willow Creek will look to add new members to our advisory board as our exploration program continues to mature. While this board will not serve as a functioning arm of the company, it should prove to be an invaluable aid in streamlining the logistics of our current operations. As we continue to raise money, it is imperative that we use our resources in the most effective manner possible. In the current economic environment of steadily increasing commodity prices, drilling crews, geologists, and mining operators are in high demand, especially in the mining Mecca of Nevada. Our ability to go directly to a seasoned advisory board for assistance in obtaining and managing these local resources is an integral piece of our exploration program. Willow Creek thanks Mr. Kern for his help, and we look forward to working with him as we progress.
