Wilon Resources, Inc. Announces $12,000,000 Agreement to Fund Major Drilling Program

CHATTANOOGA, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 24, 2007 -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WLON), an energy company engaged in the production of natural gas, today announced it has reached an agreement for the funding of a series of natural gas wells. Under this agreement, Wilon is to begin drilling in January, and have all wells drilled under this program in full production within six months. This represents a major impetus to the stature and potential growth of Wilon, and is another milestone in the company's plan to become a major factor in the production of natural gas in the Appalachian Basin.

Harry Thompson, President of Wilon, stated, "This agreement provides all of the necessary capital to rapidly expand our roster of new wells. Wilon plans to resume delivery of the production from all existing wells within the month of February. To accomplish this, a treatment plant is being completed to meet the more rigid specification established by their customers. The resumption of delivery of natural gas, when combined with the new wells to be completed under this program, is expected to generate a significant increase in sales and profits. Wilon has proven natural gas reserves to support the completion of at least 100 new wells."
