Wilon Resources, Inc. Establishes Operational Headquarters in West Virginia

CHATTANOOGA, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 14, 2007 -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WLON), an energy company engaged in the production of natural gas, today announced it has established an operational headquarters in West Virginia. The facility is located on 20 acres in Wayne County, W.V. It will house field operational personnel, as well as serve as a storage facility for field equipment. The facility is centered amongst the core of the Company's natural gas wells.

Harry Thompson, President of Wilon, stated, "This new facility will serve as headquarters for management and field personnel, and will ensure timely response to the day to day operational and maintenance requirements of all of the natural gas wells in West Virginia. In the past, since Wilon's corporate headquarters is located in Chattanooga, Tenn., it was difficult to oversee activities in West Virginia. The location disparity caused some unnecessary delays in managing field operations. Because of our recent expansion, the relocation of headquarters to West Virginia became a top priority."
