Wilon Resources, Inc. Files Form-10SB With the SEC to Become a Fully Reporting Company

CHATTANOOGA, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 17, 2007 -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WLON) announced today that it has filed its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The filing of Form 10 represents the first step in becoming an SEC reporting company. As a result of its filing, the SEC will complete its regulatory review process. Once the registration statement becomes effective, Wilon Resources, Inc. will become a reporting company, filing quarterly, annual, other required reports.
