Wilon Resources, Inc. Update on Corporate Developments

CHATTANOOGA, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 30, 2007 -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WLON), an energy company engaged in the production of natural gas, is pleased to update shareholders on corporate developments over the past six months. Along with this, the Company would like to deliver their 2007 drilling and production forecasts.

During 2006, the Company's production and revenue suffered due to a partial interruption in the delivery of its natural gas. In September 2006, the Company announced an agreement for the transmission of their natural gas production through an interstate pipeline owned by Tennessee Gas Pipeline, an El Paso Natural Gas Company. To prepare for delivery to the El Paso subsidiary, the construction of a connecting pipeline has been commenced. Subsequently, the Company received notification from Columbia Gas Transmission that they would again accept delivery of the Company's natural gas production. This now gives the Company two viable options for delivery of its natural gas.

Earlier this month, the Company filed a Form 10SB to become a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This is an extremely important step for the Company's shareholders and the investment community as they will now be able to follow the Company's financial performance through quarterly and annual filings. The Form 10SB is also a pivotal step in preparation for the Company's application for listing on a major stock exchange, which will be filed at a later date in 2007.

Also this month, the Company announced a $12 million drilling program. The program calls for the drilling of 23 wells over the next six months. The Company has commenced drilling as a part of this program and has 3 wells in various stages. These new wells, once in full production, will be a significant boost to the Company's revenue and profit. To support this drilling program, and all future drilling, Wilon is currently completing the fabrication of an Amine plant for the extraction of sulfur and other impurities found within the natural gas. The Amine plant will also allow Wilon to drill within various formations in the Appalachian region that have a high probability of natural gas but higher sulfur content than the shallower drilling formations.

After overcoming obstacles in 2006, we anticipate 2007 will be a year that brings many exciting opportunities and accomplishments for the Company. During 2007, the Company will focus on many corporate developments including:

-- Expanding our current management team in the field and at the
    executive level
-- Strengthening our Board of Directors with proven leaders in the energy
-- Drilling at minimum 24 new wells at various geologic levels in the
    Appalachian Basin
-- Reworking or deepening at a minimum 40 previously drilled wells
-- Applying for listing on a major stock exchange
-- Entering into new leaseholds in key areas surrounding our current
    drilling operations
-- Entertaining acquisitions that will be immediately accretive to our
At year end, the Company anticipates having approximately 100 wells in full production. Newly drilled wells should produce on average 150mcf/day and wells that the Company reworks will produce on average 30mcf/day. Together, the Company forecasts total production for 2007 slightly over 1 million mcf. The Company's current drilling program is targeted at a depth of approximately 5000 ft. in order to produce the Big 6 and Coniferous Formations. Natural gas production from this formation is historically higher than where the Company's prior wells were drilled.

Harry Thompson, President, states, "We are pleased that our operating plan is being successfully implemented, including gas production and revenues from these operations. We look forward to an exciting 2007 as Wilon is focused on enhancing shareholder value though our business plan. Our fully funded 2007 drilling campaign, targeted at multiple formations, will significantly increase production and revenues for the year. We will provide drilling status and operational changes as they develop in the coming weeks."
