TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 14, 2013) - WINDAMERE VENTURE LTD. ("Windamere" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AN) is pleased to announce that, on the basis of approval of the shareholders of the Company and of the TSX-V, the Company has changed its name to Antofagasta Gold Inc.
The Company's ticker symbol has also changed to "AN" on the TSX-V.
The Company also announces that effective February 12, 2013, the Corporation has continued to the Province of Ontario. As a result of the continuance, the Corporation has ceased to be governed by the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and will now be governed by the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
