Windsor Partners With Community Banks Across the Nation to Generate More Than 2,000 US Jobs in 2012

Community banks partnering with Windsor Advantage funded more than $110 million in loans to 113 small businesses in 2012, stimulating the creation or retention of more than 2,000 jobs across the US.

Helping to facilitate more than $110 million in loans to small businesses in the US made 2012 the most successful year to date for Windsor Advantage.   • In partnership with its community bank clients across the United States, Windsor played a pivotal role in the growth of more than 100 small businesses. Nearly 70 percent of funded loans were for $1 million or less, as Windsor's energies focused on the small companies that drive job growth and spur the US economy.
  • A commitment to compliance and adherence to rigid controls earned Windsor its third year of SOC 1 Type 2 certification. A third-party audit verified the design and implementation of Windsor's policies and procedures for handling client data.
  • After two years with Windsor, Matthew C. Smith left the firm in March 2012 to pursue other interests.
