Windward Launches ISO/IEC 20000 Certification Compliance Assessment Service

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - Windward, the premier operational management consulting and systems engineering firm, today launched an ISO/IEC 20000 (ISO20K) compliance assessment service offering. Jointly published by ISO and IEC, ISO20K is the quality management standard that internal or external IT service providers require to validate best practices.

Expected to become a mandatory credential for service providers and a specific requirement in managed service contracts, ISO20K certification provides a level of assurance to customers and prospects that the service provider is capable of fully delivering and assuring well-defined services.

With this new offering, Windward's ISO/IEC 20000 certified consultants assist organizations prepare for ISO20K audits.
