Windward Offers Innovative Employee Incentives to Fight Global Warming

HERNDON, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 16, 2007 -- Windward, the premier operational management consulting and systems engineering firm, today announced that it is offering a number of incentives to employees to help reduce the rate of global warming.
