Winnebago Announces Election of Lawrence A. Erickson as Interim CEO

FOREST CITY, IA--(Marketwired - September 25, 2015) - Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) (the Company), a leading United States recreation vehicle manufacturer, announced today that Lawrence A. Erickson, the Chairman of the Board, will fill the position of interim CEO while the Board completes its search for a permanent CEO, as previously indicated. Mr. Erickson was elected Chairman of the Board on August 7, 2015, following the retirement and departure of Randy J. Potts.

Mr. Erickson said “The Board of Directors' search process is continuing and we are hopeful that the process will be wrapped up in the near future.”
