LOUISVILLE, KY--(Marketwire - April 1, 2011) - Arrow Truck Sales and its industry sponsors today announced David Acosta of Orlando, Fla. as the winner of Arrow's Back On The Road™ 2011 campaign at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Ky.
