McCarthy joins the Winsper team with more than two decades of experience and has worked with both start-ups and global Fortune 500 companies to help advance their footprint through brand strategy, advertising, digital and social executions, technology solutions and business-level consulting. McCarthy's responsibilities at Winsper will include the profitable growth and general operations of the agency, working closely with clients to drive customer acquisition, retention and growth initiatives.
