VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2011) - Winwell Ventures Inc. (the "Company") announces the completion of the non-brokered private placement consisting of 600,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $60,000.
All securities issued in connection with this private placement are subject to a hold period in Canada that expires on July 19, 2011.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes and future business opportunities.
