Wireless Age Appointment

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 2, 2012) - Wireless Age Communications Inc. ("the Company") (PINKSHEETS:WLSA), operating as Vertility Technology Corp. (www.vertilitytechnology.com) Chairman, John G. Simmonds and Operating Chairman of the company's Advisory Board, William B. Packer Jr., are pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce H. Luehrs to the Advisory Board with special responsibility for the company's Waste to Energy projects in Northern Quebec.

Mr. Luehrs, a graduate of Duke University, has vast experience in the financing and operation of international energy projects. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Seaview Holdings LLC. (Blue Bell, Pennsylvania); the Board of Directors of Utility Service Solutions LLC. (Dallas, Texas); and Intelligence International Inc. (Wayne, Pennsylvania).

Mr. Packer, former Chairman of CITGO Oil (U.S. Lubes), and current Chairman of Seaview Holdings LLC., Packer Financial LLC., and Chairman and CEO of Seaview Petroleum, the largest asphalt refiner on the US Eastern Seaboard stated, "Bruce is an outstanding addition to the Vertility Waste to Energy Team. As we move forward with our first Project in Saguenay, Quebec, and our second project - a Joint Venture with an international Fortune 150 Company in Northern Quebec, Wireless Age will have to significantly expand our Vertility Team. Although, I will be spearheading both initiatives, Bruce Luehrs will be our "point Man" - co-coordinating project management. Together, we will take the necessary steps in creating viable and sustainable financing g to see these two innovative and spectacular projects through to their conclusion."

John G. Simmonds, Chairman & CEO stated, "This move was critical for Wireless Age. We have spent over 3 years and millions of dollars developing the relationships and expertise in the Waste to Energy Sector. Against all odds, we have been successful in outmatching and outbidding some of the world's leading firms and companies in this sector. We have to recognize our limitations. The Vertility Waste Management Solutions Team had neither the breadth nor the depth to take these first Canadian Projects of their kind through to completion. So we did what we have always done, went out and got the best in the world to be our partners. Bill Packer's stewardship in building successful businesses in this sector is legendary. His development of Seaview is one of the most courageous, Waste to Energy stories of our time. Bruce Luehrs is among a select group of maybe a dozen North Americans who has the experience of working in a Joint Venture with a Fortune 150 Company. He and Bill are able to attract the financing which will be necessary for Wireless Age shareholders to realize the return on their investment in this sector.

The Bill Packer led Vertility Waste Management Solution team, with Mr. Luehrs as "Point Man" will begin its work immediately at its new Blue Bell, Pennsylvania Headquarters.
