Wireless Age Communications Inc. Announces Corporate Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 17, 2011) - Wireless Age Communications, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:WLSA), ("Wireless Age" or "the Company") John G. Simmonds, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Wireless Age Communications Inc., is pleased to announce the name change of the Company to, Vertility Technology Corporation ("Vertility Technology"). Mr. Simmonds will continue as Chairman & CEO of Vertility Technology.

Ross E. Hill has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of Vertility Technology and their operating company Enwise Home Services Inc. Mr. Hill has an outstanding reputation as a Senior Executive in both the Public and Private sectors for over 30 years, with most recent position as Senior Vice President of Finance for Canada's largest Business Process Outsourcing Company. Vertility Technology will be proceeding with the completion of its 2009 and 2010 audited financial statements and expects to file its SB-2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission after completion of the audited financial statements.

Mr. Simmonds is also pleased to announce the name change from Sunbay Energy Corp., to Vertility Waste Solutions Inc. ("Vertility Waste Solutions"). Vertility Technology owns a 70% equity position in Vertility Waste Solutions. Vertility Waste Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn D. Heier as its President & COO. Mr. Heier brings with him over two decades of senior management experience in both private and public Technology Companies. For the past seven years, Mr. Heier has been deeply engaged in the thermal treatment of residual waste as both President of a private consulting company, and as the Director of Project Development for Canada's largest public gasification company. 

Vertility Waste Solutions is pleased to announce Albert A. Pope of Millbrook, New York as their Senior Vice President of Operations for Vertility Waste. Mr. Pope brings more than 30 years experience in international corporate finance and business management and has served as a Senior Executive with both Montenay Energy and with J.P. Morgan during his career. 

Wireless Age Communications, Inc. ("Wireless Age" or the "Company") (PINK SHEETS:WLSA) announced that it has entered into an agreement (the "Settlement Agreement") with the receiver and trustee in bankruptcy (the "Trustee") of its former subsidiaries, Wireless Age Communications Ltd. ("Wireless Communications") and Wireless Source Distribution Ltd. ("Wireless Source"). Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Wireless Age agreed to pay Wireless Communications and Wireless Source a total of CAD$750,000 (the "Settlement Amount") to settle outstanding loans totalling approximately CAD$8.3 million provided by Wireless Communications and Wireless Source to the Company. Wireless Age has reached an amended Settlement Agreement with the Trustee in Bankruptcy. The balance of CAD$500,000 owing will be paid in monthly instalments over the next several months. Mr. Simmonds has provided a personal Guarantee of the settlement amount supported by a pledge of shares of Newlook and Wireless Age totalling CAD$1,000,000.
