Wireless Age Communications Inc. Enters Into an Agreement for Engineering Support and Production

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 6, 2012) - John G. Simmonds, Chairman & CEO of Wireless Age Communications, Inc. ("WLSA")(PINKSHEETS:WLSA) operating as Vertility Technology Corporation ("Vertility") (www.vertilitytechnology.com), is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to manufacture the rear loading refuse packer acquired from Superior Waste Equipment for the Waste Handling Industry.

David A. Murray, President of Superior Waste has sold the rights to the product for shares and an ongoing royalty. In the short term, Precision Waste, the Company Mr. Murray is General Manager of, will provide manufacturing support.

Mr. Simmonds is also delighted to announce that the company has entered into a Joint Venture/Partnership Agreement with A. & F. Industries of Bolton Ontario. The design, engineering, fabricating, fixturing, manufacturing and assembly of all Vertility Waste Equipment will be done at the Bolton Plant under the full time direction and supervision of Bruno Zuccato. Mr. Zuccato received his Bachelor of Science Degree (Physics major) from the University of Toronto; his Professional Engineering degree from the University of Toronto; and his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He has been a Professor of Engineering at the University of Toronto and York University.

A. & F. Industries was founded in 1967. It has a lengthy and distinguished history in design engineering, fixturing and manufacturing. It has been a key partner in many Water Treatment, Contaminated Water Treatment, Biofuel and Energy sector projects, including the design and production of a Plasma Torch Gasification Plant. It also provides precision machining and repair services through their Toronto Plant. Mr. Zuccato commenced his employment with A. & F. in 1983; was promoted to Manager in 1987; promoted to Vice President in 1993; and promoted to President in 2007 when he acquired 100% of the company. Production of Vertility Waste Retrieval Vehicles equipped with Rear Loading Refuse Packers will commence immediately at the A. & F. /Vertility Plant.

Mr. Simmonds stated that: "This is a very significant development in Vertility's history. Mr. Zuccato is arguably one of the country's foremost Design and Engineering minds, with a good background in Waste Streaming and Gasification projects. The addition of Mr. Zuccato to the Vertility family reinforces our commitment to positioning ourselves as an Innovator of Waste Handling Equipment."

Mr. Zuccato stated that: "It isn't often that you see an opportunity like this one. The Waste Equipment industry is under served with the product which is currently available. There is a vast divide between industry laborers who claim to be capable of engineering, and Professional Engineers who have devoted their lives to manufacturing excellence and precision. I believe that the day of the "Metal Bender" has worn thin in the Waste Equipment manufacturing sector, and a new day of commitment to the customers' needs is upon us. I am also excited about the manufacturing of our Ground Water Remediation Equipment at our Central Ontario Plant, and the future of Plasma Torch Gasification bringing an end to landfill and waste disposal sites."

Vertility Technology Corporation is a public company focused on acquiring and expanding companies providing end-to-end life cycle solutions for waste and energy efficient products and services for residential, commercial and industrial end users.
