Wireless Age Secures Its First CR40 Licence Agreement

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 13, 2012) - John G. Simmonds, Chairman & CEO of Wireless Age Communications Inc. ("WLSA") (PINKSHEETS:WLSA), operating as Vertility Technology Corporation ("Vertility") (www.vertilitytechnology.com), through its subsidiary, Vertility Environmental Engineering Corporation ("VEEC"), is pleased to announce the securing of their first Licence Agreement to supply CR40 and CRF40 to Oil Spill Control Services Inc. ("OSCS"), a private Canadian company.

Mr. Declan Doran, President and principal shareholder of OSCS recently stated, "Vertility's Crumb/Fibre Processed Product (CR40 & CRF40), produced by VEEC, is by far the best oil spill clean-up product I have ever used in my 30 plus years in this business. We are currently testing it on a spill project under harsh conditions in Ontario and the results have been nothing short of spectacular. It has high performance, is simple to deploy and is very cost effective. This is the first product I have ever endorsed. Being a Licensee allows us to be better prepared when an oil spill happens. I am pleased to associate our company with Vertility and their CR40 and CRF40 product".

Vertility Environmental Engineering Corporation is very excited to have Oil Spill Control Services Inc. as its first Licenced Operator. This professional relationship supports our commitment to associating our products and services with reputable, front-line companies in the fight to protect marine and freshwater environments. Our intent is to use our oil spill clean-up product to protect these environments both domestically and internationally.

Vertility Technology Corporation is a public company focused on acquiring and expanding companies providing end-to-end life cycle solutions for waste and energy efficient products and services for residential, commercial and industrial end users.
