Located in the central western part of the country, this region stretches over parts of the states of Hesse, Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate. Major cities within this region include Frankfurt am Main, Mainz, Wiesbaden or Aschaffenburg. The region consists of a rich cultural landscape, offering everything from national museums, theatres, operas, pulsating nightlife and much more.
