With Two New Hires and a Promotion, NaviNet Completes Senior Management Team


BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2013) -  NaviNet, America's largest healthcare network community, announced that Mark Dudman has joined the company as senior vice president of product development, where he is responsible for software development, network operations, and product management in Boston and Belfast, Northern Ireland. "Mark's outstanding background in cloud computing, telecommunications, data networking, and healthcare technology make him a perfect fit to take our NaviNet Open architecture and product line forward," said Frank Ingari, NaviNet's chief executive officer.

Dudman joins NaviNet from Ipswitch File Transfer, where he was vice president, engineering and cloud operations, leading the user experience (UX), product architecture, development, QA, media and documentation, mobile, community management, and cloud operations across multiple product lines. Prior to Ipswitch, Dudman was executive vice president at MetraTech Corporation and vice president of software at MCK Communications. He is an active member of the Mass Technology Leadership Council, where he serves on the Cloud Computing Advisory Board.

Chuck Digate has been promoted to the dual role of senior vice president of sales and business development. Prior to joining NaviNet, Digate was chief executive officer at MathSoft and Beyond. Digate has worked with teams of entrepreneurs to launch and build several successful companies, including Ubitexx (acquired by Research In Motion) and Covergence (purchased by Acme Packet). He co-founded Centra Software, which enjoyed a successful IPO. Digate was senior vice president of six software product divisions at Lotus Development Corp. He has been a member of many corporate boards, including Ticlr, Neptune Wind, and LiveVault.

Joining Digate's team is Kim Francour. As vice president of U.S. sales, Francour leads a team of senior directors and directors focused on solution-selling NaviNet Open to the national, commercial, and government health plan market. Prior to joining NaviNet, she was national director of sales at MyHealthDIRECT. At CPM Marketing Group (Healthgrades), Francour was the #1 sales executive and part of the strategic cross-functional launch team for CPM's Physician Relationship Management and Strategic Planning Systems. At Pfizer Inc., she won numerous top-tier sales awards and was awarded progressive managerial promotions over an 11-year tenure.
