WITI (Women in Technology International) Inaugural Conference in Las Vegas Expands Impressive List of Keynote Speakers

WITI Offers Attractive Student Pricing Program for College Graduates

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 6, 2006 -- WITI (Women in Technology International), the nation's leading professional organization for tech-savvy women, has expanded its conference lineup to include a wide range of impressive keynote speakers. In addition to the top industry leaders and senior-level professional women, WITI has extended conference invitations to students and recent college graduates. WITI is offering a discounted student registration of $200 for WITI student members or $300 for non-WITI students, through July 11th. Students who apply for the discounted rate must have a current student ID.

The Las Vegas conference will kick-off with a special founders reception with an address given by Carolyn Leighton. It will also feature topics relevant to the current consumer landscape, as well as technical and professional development themes. Laura Fucci, vice president, chief technology officer, MGM Mirage, will participate in a discussion of "Women as Technology Leaders" along with Gail Farnsley, vice president and chief information officer of Cummins, Inc. They will address the changing landscape for female CIOs and CTOs and current opportunities for women in leadership positions.

On July 10th Fara Warner, marketing, advertising and consumer trend journalist and author of "The Power of the Purse," will lead a session titled, "How Smart Companies are Adapting to the World's Most Important Consumers -- Women! " The session explores how women's soaring economic power is changing business forever.

Additional conference sessions include:

--  Barbara Annis, chief executive officer of Barbara Annis & Assoc., will
    interview Tom Peck, senior vice president of Technology Operations for MGM,
    on the topic of "Breaking Through Gender Barriers."
--  Cindy Solomon, president of the Solomon Group, Inc., will lead a
    keynote discussion on "The Customer of the Future -- Creating True Customer
    and Employee Loyalty."

In addition, numerous executives will participate in roundtable "Storytelling" discussions in which women will share transforming personal and professional experiences.
