WMD Holdings Group, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter Results

RIVERSIDE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 20, 2006 -- WMD Holdings Group Inc. (OTC: WMDH) (Worldwide Media Development Holdings Group, Inc.) announced today the release of results for the fourth quarter of 2005.

Through the results of operations in Southern California retail financial centers, hardware and software sales results of Genfin, the fourth quarter produced net revenues of $1,929,950 compared to net revenues of $1,395,550 for the same quarter in 2004, which is an increase of 38% from the previous period. Revenues increased by $1,704,362 from third quarter 2005.

Net profits for fourth quarter 2005, were $485,000 compared to loss of $83,718 for the same period in 2004. Net gain for the quarter from operations was $568,718, yielding an earnings per share of $.01.
