WMT's CEO Awarded Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 4, 2012) - West Mountain Capital Corp. ("the Company" or "WMT") (TSX VENTURE:WMT) is pleased to announce that it's President and CEO, Mr. Paul Antle, has received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. Today Mr. Antle was presented with this prestigious award by the Queen's representative for Newfoundland and Labrador His Honour Lieutenant Governor John C. Crosbie and by Canadian Senator the Honourable George J. Furey, QC.

The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal is a commemorative medal created in 2011 to mark the 60th anniversary of the accession to the throne of Queen Elizabeth II. In Canada, the medal is to honour significant contributions and achievements by Canadians, and is being awarded to 60,000 citizens and permanent residents of Canada who made a significant contribution to their fellow countrymen, their community, or to Canada over the previous sixty years.

Mr. Antle was selected due to his extensive community involvement with not-for-profit organizations and charities, for volunteerism and his continued dedication to environmental business in Canada and abroad.
