KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 27, 2013) - Mr. Devinder Randhawa, President of Wolfpack Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:WLP.P) (the "Corporation" or "Wolfpack") announces the Corporation, a Capital Pool Company, has raised $249,400 by an initial public offering of 2,494,000 common shares which closed on August 23, 2013.
The Corporation's common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") on August 28, 2013, under the symbol "WLP.P". The Corporation has granted an aggregate of 440,000 stock options to directors and officers of the Corporation and which are exercisable on or before August 23, 2018 at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share.
Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. (the "Agent") acted as agent for the Corporation's offering. As compensation to the Agent for its services in connection with the Offering, the Corporation has paid a cash fee of $24,940 which represents the Agent's commission. The Agent and its subagent also received 249,400 Agent's options entitling the Agents to acquire an aggregate of 249,400 common shares at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share which expire 24 months from the closing date.
The Corporation is a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the Exchange.
