Woltz to Auction Two Commercial/Industrial Properties, Vehicles, Equipment

WALNUT COVE, NC--(Marketwire - November 10, 2010) -  Two commercial/industrial properties spanning more than four acres and including 25,397 square feet of warehouse and office space will sell at absolute auction on Wednesday, Dec. 1, with Woltz & Associates marketing the property and managing the sale.

"We're offering the property in two tracts, both of which include significant warehouse space and excellent road frontage. Both are ready for a wide variety of commercial or industrial uses. They can sell individually or in combination," said Jim Woltz, president of the auction company.

One tract sits on approximately one acre and includes an 8,056-square-foot office/warehouse building featuring walk-in access from Plant Street. The finished office portion includes both upper and lower level conference rooms and offices, a kitchen area, and a large shop area.

The second tract includes more than three acres of land, 421 feet of road frontage, and a 17,341-square-foot industrial building. The building also has two large work bays, each featuring a 10-ton overhead bridge crane that will sell with the real estate.

The real estate auction will be followed by a personal property/equipment auction that will include 10 vehicles and a wide variety of trailers, shop and job fabrication -- including welding -- equipment, material handling equipment, tools, and office furnishings.
