CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Jul 13, 2012) - Perimeter Lofts, a 246-unit apartment community, is being developed in the heart of the booming Northlake area of Charlotte, announced Wood Partners -- the nation's most active multifamily developer.
The multifamily complex, to be built on 10.6 acres at 10110 Perimeter Parkway, will consist of two four-story buildings and six carriage buildings. The community will offer a mix of flats, carriage, loft and direct access "brownstone" units.
Leasing is expected to begin in January 2013 and construction will be completed by July 2013.
