HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2014) - Wood Partners has promoted Goldie Bartlett, who has been regional property manager for the company since 2011, to vice president for its South region. Bartlett will be responsible for growing, leading and directing all property management functions for Wood Partners' portfolio of existing projects, projects under development and acquisitions in Florida and Georgia.

As regional property manager for WRS, Bartlett successfully managed lease-ups, acquisitions and dispositions in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. As a founding member of WRS, she contributed to the growth of the company's East Coast portfolio from 428 units in early 2011 to the current projection of more than 4,400 units under management by year's end.
Before she joined Wood Partners, Bartlett worked with Greystar Management Services and Camden Property Trust, where she was the recipient of numerous awards, excelling in property management operations in competitive markets including Nevada, Florida and North Carolina.
