Word of Mouth Marketing Association Awards Company for Social Media Momentum

Eloqua took home the silver prize in the "Momentum" category during the annual WOMMY award ceremony, which was held on November 18th. The category recognizes word of mouth and social media marketing campaigns that build momentum for a product currently in the market. Eloqua was honored for its "Steal our Content" campaign, which is comprised of two pieces of internal content -- the Social Media Playbook and the Content Grid infogaphic. The campaign provided marketers with two valuable pieces of content -- a framework for content marketing and a 42-page guide to the most important social media platforms. The content was designed in collaboration with JESS3 and resulted in a dramatic lift in awareness with 35,000 views and downloads, 12,000 new visitors to company's blog as well as the attention of influential voices throughout the marketing industry.

The "Steal our Content" campaign recently won an Excellence in New Communications award from the Society for New Communications Research. It also was a finalist for Forrester Groundswell Award from Forrester Research.
