Workscape Names John Miele Vice President of Service Operations

Escalating Demand for Workscape's Outsourced Benefits Administration Offerings Drives Further Expansion of Executive Team


MARLBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwire - June 18, 2008) - Workscape, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced benefits and talent management solutions, today announced that John Miele has joined the company as vice president of Service Operations for the outsourced benefits administration (OBA) business unit. In this role, Miele is responsible for ongoing service delivery to Workscape's OBA clients, which includes leadership of the company's Boise, Idaho-based HR Service Center.

Miele brings more than 20 years of Human Resource (HR) applications and HR service delivery experience to Workscape. Most recently, he served as a Division Vice President for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) where he was responsible for the company's HR service delivery. Prior to ACS, Miele held leadership positions at Convergys, Hewitt Associates and PeopleSoft.
